We sort donatable goods from true junk as we load. Solid furniture, working appliances, dishes, tools, and clothing in decent shape get set aside, and where practical we run the donation drop-offs ourselves to charities and resale stores in the area. We pass the donation receipts along so the estate has them for its records.

2. Firm number before we lift. We look at the load in person and give you one price before anything leaves the ground. If you do not like it, you are free to walk, no charge.
3. We sort, load, and sweep. Donatables get set aside, everything else goes in the trailer, and we leave the rooms broom clean.
4. Pay when the work is done. Cash, check, or Cash App, after you have walked the empty house.

A single item runs $95. A quarter load is $175, a half load is $325, three-quarters is $475, and a packed full load is $650. Most post-sale cleanouts land between a half load and a full load, and a big house sometimes takes two trips, which we will tell you upfront. A fridge or freezer with freon adds $35, each mattress adds $30, and heavy debris like concrete or roofing gets quoted by weight on site.
