Effective date: August 11, 2026. County Line Junk Disposal is a family-run junk removal business based in Trinity, Texas. This page explains what information we collect when you use countylinejunkdisposal.com or contact us, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to quote and do your job, we use it for that, and we do not sell it to anyone.
What we collect
- Quote requests. When you submit the form on our contact page, we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, town, what you need hauled, your preferred date, an optional email address, and an optional description.
- Photos. If you upload photos with a quote request or text them to us, we receive those images and use them to size up the job.
- Calls, texts, and emails. When you contact us, we keep the normal records of that conversation, including the phone number or email address you used, so we can respond and keep track of your job.
- Website analytics. We run privacy-respecting analytics on our own server. It does not use cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and does not build advertising profiles. It tells us things like which pages get read and roughly what area visitors come from, so we know what content is useful.
How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request by phone, text, or email and give you a price.
- To schedule and complete your job, and keep basic business records of it.
- To send you a short confirmation when you submit a quote request.
- To improve the website based on what people actually read.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not run advertising networks on this site. We do not share your mobile phone number or your consent to receive texts with any third party for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties.
Who helps us process it
Like most small businesses, we use a few service providers to operate: an email delivery service sends our confirmations and notifications, a business phone service carries our calls and texts, and our website and email run on hosting providers. These providers process your information only to provide those services to us. Beyond that, we share information only if the law requires it.
Text messaging
If you give us your number in a quote request or text us first, we may text you about your quote or job. Message frequency varies by conversation, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP at any time to end texts, and reply HELP or call (936) 259-3200 for help. More detail is in our Terms of Service.
How long we keep things
We keep quote and job records, including photos, as long as we need them for quoting, doing the work, and ordinary business record keeping, then we clear them out. If you want your information removed sooner, just ask.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email service@countylinejunkdisposal.com or call or text (936) 259-3200 and we will take care of it.
Children
This website and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and its effective date. Questions about any of it are welcome; see our about page for who we are, or reach out directly.
