Yes, we haul junk in Coldspring. It sits about 30 miles south of our Trinity home base, down TX-19 and over onto TX-150, and because Coldspring falls just past our 25-mile free-travel line, a small trip fee covers the last stretch. We quote that fee upfront, before anybody lifts a thing.
County Line Junk Disposal is Greg Hart, working alongside his father out of Trinity. We answer our own phone at (936) 259-3200, seven days a week, 8 in the morning to 6 at night. Coldspring is the San Jacinto County seat, tucked between the southwest shore of Lake Livingston and the edge of the Sam Houston National Forest, so we see a bit of everything down there. Weekend lake houses that need a clean sweep before the next crowd, older places around Old Town Coldspring stacked with decades of stuff, rural tracts back in the pines where a shed finally gave out. The TX-150 turn off TX-19 is a familiar one for us. Text us a couple photos of the pile and we'll send you a ballpark the same day, and once you're on the schedule we call ahead before we roll up your drive.
Junk removal and cleanouts in Coldspring
Furniture to full property cleanouts, loaded and gone in one visit.
- Couches, mattresses, tables, and the furniture nobody wants to wrestle down the stairs
- Appliances, including fridges and freezers with freon, washers, dryers, and water heaters
- Whole-house, garage, and lake-house cleanouts, from one room to the whole place
- Storm debris, downed limbs, and fence-line brush after the weather comes through off the lake
- Light land clearing with our Mahindra tractor when a lot or a fence row near the forest gets away from you
- Remodel and construction leftovers, old decking off the dock, and general trash-out debris
We load it, sweep up behind us, and haul it off in one trip when it fits. Lake-house turnovers are a big part of the Coldspring calls we get, the kind where a renter left a couch and a grill and half a garage behind. Biohazard cleanup and hazardous chemicals are outside what we do, so we'll point you to the right folks for those. Want the full list of what goes in the trailer? The services page lays it all out. If your job is more brush and dirt than furniture, our land-clearing cost guide for East Texas walks through what the tractor can take on.
What it costs to get it gone
You pay for the room your stuff takes in the trailer. Nothing more.
We price by load size, confirmed on site once we've seen the pile. A single item runs $95. A quarter load is $175, a half load $325, three-quarter $475, and a full load $650. Add-ons stay simple: a fridge or freezer with freon is $35, each mattress is $30, and heavy debris like concrete or roofing goes by weight, quoted on the spot. First time using us? Travel is free inside 25 miles of Trinity. Coldspring sits around 30 miles south, so you land a few miles past that line. The trip fee for those extra miles runs about $2 a mile, which works out to only a handful of dollars down here, and it's already baked into the number we say before we start. For the whole load-size ladder tier by tier, our Trinity County pricing guide spells it out.
Serving Coldspring and the towns around it
Around San Jacinto County (see where to dump junk in San Jacinto County) and the south end of our range
Coldspring anchors the southern edge of our service area, and Lake Livingston ties it to the towns we run most. We're regularly over in Point Blank near the dam, across the water in Onalaska on the east shore, and west toward Huntsville off I-45. Questions we hear a lot
A little. Coldspring runs about 30 miles from Trinity, which puts it a few miles past our 25-mile free-travel zone. The trip fee for those extra miles is around $2 a mile, so it usually comes to only a handful of dollars, and we fold it into the on-site quote before you agree to anything.
We answer our own phone at (936) 259-3200 and text you a ballpark the same day you send photos. From there we get you on the schedule, often within a couple of days. We won't promise the hauling itself lands the same day, but we move quick and we call ahead.
It's load-size pricing: $95 for a single item, $175 a quarter load, $325 half, $475 three-quarter, and $650 for a full load. Fridges with freon add $35 and each mattress adds $30. You pay for the space your stuff takes in the trailer, plus the small trip fee for the miles past 25.
Yes. We do lake-house and weekend-property cleanouts on the southwest side of Lake Livingston, and light clearing with our Mahindra tractor for overgrown lots, fence rows, and brush near the forest. Heavy timber and big grading jobs are past what the tractor handles, and we'll tell you straight if yours is one of those.
We skip biohazard cleanup, hazardous chemicals, and anything that needs special disposal permits. Just about everything else, from furniture and appliances to storm debris and full cleanouts, we'll load and take away.
