Effective date: August 11, 2026. These terms cover your use of countylinejunkdisposal.com and our junk removal services. County Line Junk Disposal is a family-run business based in Trinity, Texas. By using this site or hiring us, you agree to what follows. It is written to be read, so please read it.
Quotes and pricing
Ballpark figures we give by phone, text, or email are estimates based on what you tell us and show us. Your firm price is set in person, on site, before we lift anything, and that on-site price is the one that counts. You are free to decline it at no charge. Our published load-size pricing is our standard rate card, and unusual items or conditions can change a quote.
What we haul and what we refuse
We haul household junk, furniture, appliances, yard and storm debris, and similar materials. We do not accept hazardous materials, including wet paint, chemicals, solvents, fuel, oil, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, and similar items. We may decline any job or item at our discretion, including things we cannot legally or safely transport, and we will tell you why.
Your responsibilities
When you point at something and ask us to haul it, you are telling us that you own it or have the authority to dispose of it. Double-check before we load, because hauled items generally cannot be recovered. Please also tell us up front about anything unusual, like items containing fuel or refrigerant, so we can handle them properly.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is done, by cash, check, or Cash App. If a check does not clear, you agree to make the payment good along with any bank fees we get charged.
Photos you send us
Photos you submit with a quote request or text to us are used to assess and price your job. We do not publish your photos or use them in marketing without asking you first.
Text messaging terms
By submitting our quote form with your phone number, or by texting us first, you agree that County Line Junk Disposal may text you about your quote and your job from our business number, (936) 259-3200. Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and reply HELP or call us for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of hiring us; you can always just call.
Website content
The articles and guides on this site, including the blog, are general information for our area, offered in good faith. Disposal rules, facility policies, hours, and fees change constantly, so verify current details with the facility or agency involved before you act. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or professional advice. Links to government and other third-party websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
Limitation of liability
We show up, work carefully, and treat your property with respect. Even so, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the job in question, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Texas law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute belongs in the courts of the county where the work was performed.

We may update these terms from time to time, and the effective date above will change when we do. Questions are welcome: email service@countylinejunkdisposal.com, call or text (936) 259-3200, or start with a free quote.
