Cabin and Airbnb Turnover Cleanouts on Lake Livingston

Furniture swaps, storm debris, and waterline junk hauled between checkouts, with photo confirmation texted to your phone.

County Line Junk Disposal hauls old furniture, mattresses, appliances, and debris out of vacation rentals all around Lake Livingston, and we schedule the haul to fit your booking calendar. You text us what needs to go, we clear it in the gap between guests, and we confirm the job is done with photos sent straight to your phone. Most of the hosts we talk to are two hours away in Houston. They run the whole thing from a group text and never drive up for a haul-off.

The lake runs about 83,000 acres with roughly 450 miles of shoreline, a short drive from Houston, and it carries a busy Airbnb and Vrbo market. Those cabins work hard. Renters wear out mattresses, patio sets fade, storms drop limbs on the deck, and every waterline slowly grows a graveyard of dead kayaks and rusted grills. Somebody has to haul all of that off. We are family owned, based in Trinity, and we answer our own phone at (936) 259-3200, seven days a week.

Turnover hauling

What we haul out of lake rentals

We handle the big, awkward stuff a turnover cleaner cannot fit in a sedan: furniture going out during a refresh, dead appliances, storm debris, and the pile that came with the cabin when you bought it. If it takes a trailer, it lands in ours. The usual lake-rental loads look like this:

  • Furniture swaps: old mattresses, bunk beds, sofas, and dinettes hauled out the same visit the new pieces go in
  • Patio and deck: faded loungers, busted umbrellas, warped picnic tables, rusted-out grills
  • Full clearouts of a newly bought cabin, previous owner's leavings and all
  • Storm debris cleared off the deck, dock, and yard between bookings
  • Waterline junk: cracked kayaks, dock boxes, deflated tubes, and whatever else washed up under the pier
  • Appliance swaps, including fridges and freezers (freon units carry a $35 add-on)

If you just closed on a place that came "furnished" with thirty years of the last family's belongings, that is a cleanout we do all the time. Our guide to what happens to unsold estate items covers where the salvageable pieces go, and if a dead boat came with the deal, we wrote up how to get rid of an old boat on Lake Livingston too. Scheduling

How fast can a cabin be cleared between guests?

Most single-cabin hauls take an hour or so on site, and we book the haul inside the gap your calendar already has. Text us the checkout time and the next check-in, and we schedule between them. We work seven days a week, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, which covers the Sunday and Monday gaps most lake calendars run on.

When you first reach out, we will text you a ballpark the same day. On the day of the job we confirm a firm price on site before we lift anything, and if the number does not sit right with you, you are free to walk. For a straight furniture swap, tell your delivery crew and us the same window and the old set rides out as the new one comes in. No mattress leaning against the porch rail in a listing photo.

Remote hosts

Hosts in Houston never have to drive up

You can run the whole job by text. Send photos of what needs to go, we send a ballpark, we confirm the firm price on site before we touch anything, and when the trailer is loaded we text you photos of the cleared rooms and the empty deck. That photo set is your proof the cabin is guest-ready without a two-hour drive to check.

Payment works remotely too. We take cash, check, or Cash App, paid when the job is done, and Cash App means you can settle up from your couch in Houston the minute the completion photos land. Since we answer our own phone, the person you text about the gate code is the same person standing at your gate.

If you own more than one door on the lake, or you mix short-term cabins with long-term rentals, our rental property cleanout service covers the standing-relationship side: one number to text every time a tenant or a season leaves something behind.

Working together

Do you work with cleaning companies?

Yes, gladly. The turnover cleaner is almost always the first to find the busted bed frame, the mildewed patio cushions, or the fridge that quit over the weekend. We are happy to be the hauler your cleaner calls. Pass our number along, and when they hit something too big for the cleaning van, they text us, we coordinate the pickup directly with them, and you get the photo confirmation like always.

The split is simple. Your cleaner handles the inside clean, the linens, and the restock. We handle everything that needs a trailer. Between the two calls, the cabin turns over without you touching it.

Pricing

What a lake rental cleanout costs

We price by how much space your stuff fills in the trailer: single item $95, quarter load $175, half load $325, three-quarter load $475, full load $650. Each mattress adds $30 and a fridge or freezer with freon adds $35. A typical furniture refresh on a two-bedroom cabin runs a quarter to half load. A full clearout of a newly bought place can run a full load or more, and we will tell you which before we start.

Travel is free within 25 miles of Trinity, which reaches much of the lake's west side around Onalaska and Point Blank. Farther points, like parts of the Coldspring and Livingston sides, may carry a small trip fee of about $2 per mile past the free zone, always quoted upfront with the ballpark. First-time customers get 15% off the job.

The number we say on site is the number you pay. Firm price before we lift anything, and you are free to walk if it does not work for you.
